Overview: January 6, 2018 will be our 2nd annual eco-friendly adventure race event, coordinated by Solutionary Events! With over 20 obstacles, including upcycled creations, nature’s challenges, and surprises, Devil’s Dash is sure to be a unique adventure. To align with the mission of being eco-friendly, we ask that all merchandise, food, etc. be sustainably sourced, plant-based, and eco-friendly. Admission to the gardens is included in race registration. Details regarding pricing can be found at www.devilsdash.org.
When: Saturday January 6th, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Set-up will take place Friday January 6th from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Report to the check in point and you will be directed to your space. All vehicles must be out of the display area before 9:00 a.m.
Space Rental: Basic sponsorship is $25 for a booth space. It is the responsibility of vendors to bring whatever equipment they deem necessary. Take-down should occur between 2:00pm and 3:00pm on Saturday, unless other arrangements have been made. Donations are deeply appreciated! Any donation valued at $100 or more earns a spot on the back of the event t-shirt. Deadline for sponsorship is Dec. 20th.
If applicable, mail a copy of your business or food license after filling out the application for consideration, or attach it to the submission form.
The event is rain or shine. It is the vendors’ responsibility to collect and pay sales tax on any items sold. To reserve a display space for this event, please complete the form below.
